By accessing or using Welsh League Recruitment ("WLR"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
2Description of Service
WLR is a social networking and recruitment platform built to connect everyone in the Welsh football community – including players, fans, coaches, scouts, teams, and clubs. Our services include profile creation, networking, job listings, messaging, and subscription features.
3User Accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• Users under 16 require parental/guardian consent
• One account per person unless authorized for business purposes
4Subscriptions & Payments
Daily Pass: £2.99
24-hour premium access
Premium: £19.99/month
Full platform access for individuals
Club: £29.99/month
Team/club features with shop access
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5Prohibited Conduct
- • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- • Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
- • Attempt to act as unlicensed football agents
- • Share inappropriate content or contact minors inappropriately
- • Use automated bots or scraping tools
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- • Spam or send unsolicited promotional content
6Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post on WLR. By posting content, you grant WLR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
7Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the Settings page.
8Limitation of Liability
Important: WLR is not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or arrangements made between users outside the platform. We are not a licensed football agency or intermediary. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
